Fees e Exemption

The RCD adopts a policy of free submission, evaluation, and publication of articles.

RCD does not recommend, encourage, incentivize, or support any third-party service for the preparation, adaptation, submission, or follow-up of editorial processes on behalf of authors.

Authors are solely responsible for contracting third-party services. RCD will not be responsible for submissions made by third parties who charge authors publication fees.
